What started as a summer job to finance Robert Byrne’s education graduated into the largest commercial paving contractor business in St. Louis. Bob started sealing driveways and grew the business each summer until he graduated in 1979 when he devoted all his resources and energy to the company. Byrne & Jones quickly evolved into a leader in the commercial, industrial, municipal and institutional paving markets.
