Multi-Field Facility Award
Madison-Grant was underway working with Lancer Architects on many projects, of which included upgrades to their athletic facilities. Originally planning on going the standard public bid route to acquire a sports contractor, they ultimately chose to hire Byrne & Jones through the purchasing cooperative to guarantee that a reputable sports builder would deliver a high-quality job well done.
Byrne & Jones worked side-by-side with Lancer architects, bringing our expert sports construction knowledge to the design table to ensure we came to the best and most cost-efficient site layout and scope possible. We then had crews from both our St. Louis, MO and Columbus, OH offices combine forces to power through the schedule and deliver the school brand new running track, baseball and softball, and tennis court facilities.
